Consultancy Service for Road User Satisfaction Survey under PSRSP |
MAIN TASKS OF THE CONSULTANCY SERVICES |

To carry out Road User Satisfaction Survey (one at start of Project, another at midterm and finally at project closure) to establish perceptions, experience and expectations of road users with the following objectives: |

a) Elicit views on public perceptions of current sector outcomes, performance of Punjab Roads & Bridges Development Board / Punjab Works Department (PWD) and government policies. |
| |
b) Document the views in a comprehensible format that is suitable for comparsion over time.

| |
c) Compare the satisfaction levels at the midterm and project closure with the first baseline survey
to find out outcome of various road sector reforms in the state.
|

d) Present the findings of the survey to senior decision makers in Government of Punjab and the general public.
