MAIN TASKS OF THE CONSULTANCY SERVICES |

Support PRBDB in strengthening environment cell/ management functions under EO (Env) |

Organise and conduct exposure and orientation programme for organizational managers/senior officers of PRBDB / PWD and CMUs regarding institutional and organizational capacity building required for Environmental Management. |

Provide consulting support during all phases of project implementation. |
| |
Review and finalize organizational and operational procedures to integrate environmental concerns in project design and development. |

Guidelines for Scoping assessment and formulation of terms of reference for procuring environmental (consulting) services as desired |

Guidelines for CMUs for reviewing the outputs/deliverables as per GOI, EA legislation and Policy and WB OP 4.01 as applicable. |

Organise and conduct training programme for prospective CMUs and works contractors during tendering phase. |

Develop, Review, finalize and disseminate environmental guidelines for construction management |

Establish Environmental Compliance Reporting systems across the project implementation teams of consultant & contractor and checking compliance on the Project. |

Conducting Pollution Monitoring of various environmental parameters. |
